MISHRA ------ For the Petitioners : Mr. Gaurav, Advocate For the State : A.P.P. ------ 2/ 06.03.2013 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the Prosecution. The petitioners have been made accused for the offences under 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, in connection with Lapung P.S. Case No. 44 of 2012 corresponding to G.R. No. 5848 of 2012. From the FIR, it appears that the petitioners were apprehended along with other co-accused. There is no recovery from the petitioners. In the facts of this case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners, Sakaldeep Singh and Prakash Singh, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt. Sweta Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi, or her successor, in connection with Lapung P.S. Case No. 44 of 2012 corresponding to G.R. No. 5848 of 2012. ( H. C. Mishra, J.) R.Kr.
