MISHRA ------ For the Petitioner : Mrs. Suman Tripathy, Advocate For the State : A.P.P. ------ 2/ 06.03.2013 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the Prosecution. The petitioner has been made accused for the offences under Sections 457, 380 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with Sadar (Town) P.S. Case No. 471 of 2012 corresponding to G.R. No. 1863 of 2012. The case relates to theft in a house, from where, it appears that firearms were also stolen. It appears from the impugned order that the petitioner is in custody since 22.10.2012 and from the house of the petitioner some cartridges were recovered. In the facts of this case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner, Sanjay Ram, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Daltonganj at Palamau, in connection with Sadar (Town) P.S. Case No. 471 of 2012 corresponding to G.R. No. 1863 of 2012. ( H. C. Mishra, J.) R.Kr.
