in the high court of jharkhand at ranchi b.a no.5553 of 2012 ------ sanjay singh @ sanjay kumar singh . petitioner -versus- the state of jharkhand ..... opposite party ------ coram : the honble mr. justice h.c.mishra ------ for the petitioner : mr.ranjan kumar singh, advocate. for the state : a.p.p. ------ 3/ 01.09.2012 heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the state. the petitioner has been made accused in sindri p.s. case no. 2 of 2009 corresponding to g.r no. 145 of 2009 for the offence under sections 420, 406, 468, 471 and 120 (b) of the indian penal code. though the petitioner is named in the f.i.r, but from the f.i.r itself, it is apparent that the money, through draft and cash, was paid by the informant personally to the other co-accused persons and not to this petitioner. in the facts of this case, i am inclined to release the petitioner on bail. accordingly, the petitioner, sanjay singh @ sanjay kumar singh is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of rs. 10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of sri a. k. chaturvedi, learned judicial magistrate, dhanbad, or his successor, in sindri p.s. case no. 2 of 2009 corresponding to g.r no. 145 of 2009.
