For the Opp. Party : Mr. Mukesh Bihari Lal, APP. --- Order No.2 Dated 01st September, 2012 The present petition has been filed under Sections 438 and 440 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 67/2011, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 493 of 2011 for the alleged offence under sections 406, 409, 466, 468 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, which is pending in the court learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chaibasa.
