in the high court of jharkhand at ranchi b.a. no. 502 of 2013 nirmal kumar ..... petitioner versus the state of jharkhand . opposite party coram: honble mr. justice h. c. mishra for the petitioner :mr. ranjeet kumar singh for the state :a. p.p. ----- 03/05.02.2013 heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned a.p.p. for the prosecution. petitioner has been made accused for the offence under sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 406, 409, 120(b) of the indian penal code, in connection with gumla p.s. case no. 337 of 2011, corresponding to g.r. no. 1110 of 2011. though the petitioner has been made accused in this case, but it appears that with the same allegation another f.i.r. was earlier lodged against the petitioner which is basia p. s. case no. 51 of 2008. learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that in the said case the petitioner has already been granted anticipatory bail and, accordingly, has prayed for bail. the order granting anticipatory bail of the petitioner has been brought on record as annexure 7. in the facts and circumstances of the case, i am inclined to release the petitioner on bail. accordingly, the petitioner nirmal kumar is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned chief judicial magistrate, gumla, in connection with gumla p.s. case no. 337 of 2011, corresponding to g.r. no. 1110 of 2011.
