MISHRA For the Petitioner :Mr. Ranjeet Kumar Singh For the State :A. P.P. ----- 03/05.02.2013 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the Prosecution. Petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 406, 409, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with Gumla P.S. Case No. 337 of 2011, corresponding to G.R. No. 1110 of 2011. Though the petitioner has been made accused in this case, but it appears that with the same allegation another F.I.R. was earlier lodged against the petitioner which is Basia P. S.
