1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.

2. At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, had submitted that the second respondent may be directed to measure and fix the boundary stones, in respect of the lease hold land in question, as per the directions issued by the office of the District Collector, dated 01.03.2012.

3.
