ORDER

1. This Writ Petition is filed praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to effect transfer of Electricity Service Connection bearing SC No.245-001-1475 of Madappur Distribution in respect of agricultural land comprised in Survey No.801/1A, 801/2, Madapur village, in the name of the petitioner.

2. Mr.S.K.Rameshwar, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The mandamus has been filed to direct the respondents to transfer electricity service connection in respect of the agricultural land. In this regard, petitioner has made an application on 29.5.2012 followed by a legal notice dated 19.6.2012.
