ORDER

1. This Writ Petition is filed praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct re-auction to the newly constructed commercial shops of Odagathur Bus Stand Commercial Complex, first floor which was constructed under "Anna Marumalarchi" Project 2010-2011 after following due procedure established under law.

2. Ms.V.M.Velumani, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader on instruction states that the first respondent District Collector has cancelled earlier public auction by the proceedings Na.Ka.No.1281/2012/, dated 11.6.2012.
