4. Mr.V.Bharathidasan, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents. The relief sought for in all three writ petitions is one and the same. By consent, all writ petitions are taken up together for final disposal.

5. The claim of all three petitioners is that they are physically handicapped persons and are running bunk shop separately in the above address. For issuing licence or providing alternate site, petitioners submitted individual representation dated 4.4.2012 to the second respondent.

6. Mr.V.Bharathidasan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that the claim of the petitioners will be considered and placed before the appropriate committee constituted for this purpose.

7. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, the second respondent is directed to consider the claim of the petitioners on merits and in accordance with law and place the same before the committee constituted for this purpose. Till final order is passed on the representation of the petitioners, if the bunk shops are located in the place mentioned above, it shall not be disturbed.

8. All the Writ Petitions are disposed of as above. No costs.
