c-101, vasundhara apartments, dwarka, new delhi was purchased by the defendant in the name of the plaintiff and for her benefit. regarding property at l-4, connaught place, new delhi, it is alleged that the plaintiff has no right in the aforesaid property which belongs to the defendant. since the defendant is willing to give half of the rental income from the aforesaid house to the plaintiff after deducting the expenditure incurred on its upkeep and maintenance, the plaintiff is entitled to a decree of rendition of accounts with respect to the rental income earned by the defendant from h.no.670, ajit singh nagar mohali phase-ii, punjab. 30 s.b. civil writ petition no.2679/1995 date of order: 10th october 2011 hon'ble mr. justice dinesh maheshwari mr.parmendra bohra, for the petitioner. the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this petition was filed way back in the year 1995 and has remained pending for admission all this time; however, despite making all efforts, he has not been able to establish contact with the petitioner nor is in a position to state the current status of the services of the petitioner. having regard to the circumstances of the case, there appears no reason to keep this writ petition pending on admission. the petition is ordered to be consigned to record with liberty for the petitioner to apply for consideration, if so required.(dinesh maheshwari), j. cpgoyal/-
