----Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the Petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Sections
Prosecution. 420/467/468/471/477/379/411/120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(ii) of the Coal Mines and Section 33 of the Indian Forest Act, in connection with Mandu P.S. Case no.31 of 2011, corresponding to G.R. No. 467 of 2011. The petitioner is the owner-cum-driver of the truck, which is alleged to be involved in transporting coal under fake registration number. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner Shiv Kumar Singh is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribagh, in connection with Mandu P.S. Case no.31 of 2011, corresponding to G.R. No. 467 of 2011. (H. C. Mishra, J)
