I.A.No.2285 of 2011 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that earlier an order passed on 13.5.2011 as contained in Annexure 6A was sought tobe quashed but subsequently, that letter was withdrawn. Thereafter another order has been passed on 21.7.2011 as contained in Annexure 8 to the Interlocutory Application bearing no. 2285 of 2011 whereby the petitioner has been removed from the post of In-charge, Headmaster and in his place another person has been appointed and therefore, an Interlocutory application has been filed wherein prayer has been made to allow the petitioner to incorporate the prayer for quashing of the order as contained in said letter dated 21.7.2011.
