----4/10.10.2011 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the Prosecution. Petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Sections 304B of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with C 1 Case No. 640 of 2010. Though, there is allegation against the petitioner, who is husband of the deceased, but from the impugned order, it appears that earlier a police case was instituted and after investigation the Police had submitted the final form assigning the reason to be mistake of facts. Subsequently, on the basis of complaint petition the cognizance has been taken against the petitioner. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner Ranjit Kumar Gupta is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur in connection with C 1 Case No. 640 of 2010.
