Lakshmana Rao, J.

1. The accused had kept a bottle of the 'Atlas tree killer' in his farmshed and two of his farm servants drank the stuff thinking it to be arrack and died in consequence. This can hardly warrant a prosecution under Section 304-A, I.P.C. and the charge framed against the accused is quashed.
