Rajamannar, J.

1. I do not think that the act of the Magistrate under Section 337, Criminal P.C., namely, tendering pardon to a person is revisable by this Court. No authority has been placed before me to show that it is revisable. If there are any irregularities in the grant of the pardon they can be urged by the accused at the trial. The petitions are dismissed.
