ORDER

Burn, J.

1. In these cases the order directing the substantive sentences of imprisonment to take effect on the expiry of the periods of imprisonment imposed under Section 123, Criminal Procedure Code, is illegal. Vide the second proviso to Section 397, Criminal Procedure Code. The order in each of these cases is accordingly set aside. The sentence in each case must take effect from the date on which it was pronounced.
