ORDER

1. By Clause 15 of the Letters Patent it is necessary that the Judge who has passed the judgment in a second appeal shall certify it as a fit case for appeal in order that an appeal under that clause may lie. It is suggested that Clause 44 somehow abrogates the effect of Clause 15. We are unable to appreciate this contention. The petition is rejected.
