Lakshmana Rao, J.

1. The complainant was cheated and parted with the money at Trichinopoly and the case can be tried by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate of Trichinopoly - vide Section 182 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The records will therefore be returned and the Sub-Divisional Magistrate will proceed with, the case in accordance with law.
