criminal procedure code - section 439--bail--circumstances considered--held, bail application be allowed-condition stated.;bail granted. - m.b. sharma, j.1. after having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned public prosecutor, in the facts and circumstances of the case. i allow this application and direct that the accused petitioner shall be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of rs. 8000/- (rs. eight thousand) with two sureties in the amount of rs. 4000/- (rs. four thousand) each, to the satisfaction of the trial court with the stipulation to appear before that court or any other court as and when called upon to do so.

M.B. Sharma, J.

1. After having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor, in the facts and circumstances of the case. I allow this application and direct that the accused petitioner shall be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 8000/- (Rs. Eight Thousand) with two sureties in the amount of Rs. 4000/- (Rs. Four Thousand) each, to the satisfaction of the trial court with the stipulation to appear before that court or any other court as and when called upon to do so.
