S.C. Jain, J.

1. The case registered against this accused is u/s 377 IPC. Keeping in view the tender age of the accused which is of only 17 years and the fact that he is in judicial custody and no more wanted for further investigation by the police, I order that he be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
