Having heard learned counsel for both the sides and looking to the counter affidavit, filed by opposite parties, especially paragraph nos. 9, 10 4. and 11 thereof, it cannot be said that there is willful disobedience of the order dated 24th January, 2012 in W.P.(L) No. 3919 of 2008 as also the order dated 25th January, 2012 in W.P.(C) No. 3919 of 2008 and hence, this contempt petition is hereby dismissed.
