It is worth mentioning that the petitioner is main assailant of the deceased of this case. Thus, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on provisional bail. It is alleged that out of said advance, petitioner had defalcated Rs. 24,65,650/- in different schemes but the informant lodged different FIRs on the basis of measurement book of each scheme. At this stage, I am not inclined to interfere with the investigation relating to any FIR. Accordingly, at this stage, these applications are dismissed. However, the Investigating Officer is directed to take the defence of petitioner at the time of investigation. After submission of charge sheet in all the cases, if petitioner so advised, may file application before the learned Magistrate for hearing of all the five cases analogously. ( Prashant Kumar,J.)
