ORAL ORDER

This petition is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 8 under Section 482 of Cr.P.C for quashing the criminal proceedings in C.C No.14711/2018 pending on the file of IV ACMM, Bengaluru arising out of PCR No.13655/2015 in Crime No.387/2015 of Cubban Park Police Station, for the offences punishable under Section 408, 420, 477(A), 120

(B) r/w Section 34 of IPC.

2. All the accused persons are present before the Court.

3. During the pendency of the petition, both the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 8 and the respondent No.2 has filed a joint compromise application seeking permission of this Court to compound the offence.

4. As per the terms of compromise the

petitioner/accused No.1 has agreed to pay Rs.14,00,000/- to the respondent No.2, out of which, Rs.12,00,000/- is said to be already paid to the respondent No.2 and balance of Rs.2,00,000/- in the form of D.D. is hand over -5- to the respondent No.2 in the Court. The same is received and acknowledged by the respondent No.2.

5. The dispute between the petitioners and respondent No.2 are employer and employee dispute and now both of them agreed to settle their issues.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances, the IA

No.3/2024 is allowed, permitted them to compound the offence.
