2. Captioned WMP has been filed with a substitute prayer i.e., a

prayer to substitute the petitioners viz., N.Renuga, N.Saravanan and N.Vignesh, minors represented by their mother N.Renuga in the place of deceased petitioner Mr.A.Natarajan.

3. Captioned WMP is not opposed.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of the matter, dynamics and dimension of the lis and taking into account and that the captioned WMP is not opposed, we deem it appropriate to write that captioned WMP is ordered as prayed for.
