ORDER

The petitioner herein, who is the respondent in OP(Div)No.300/2018 of Family Court, Mavelikkara seeks transfer of the above case to Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram. According to the petitioner, she is employed at Thiruvananthapuram and she is staying there with her children. She finds extremely difficult to proceed to Mavelikkara and to contest the proceedings. It is also stated that the husband is also staying at Thiruvananthapuram.

2. Though, notice was served on the respondent, he appeared and did not seriously oppose the application. Hence, I am inclined to allow the Tr.P.(C) as follows:

1. O.P.(Div) No.300/2018 pending before the Family Court, Mavelikkara stands transferred to Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram.

2. Family Court, Mavelikkara shall transmit all the records to Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram.

3. Both sides shall appear before the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram on 10.06.2019 without any further notice. Tr.P(C) is allowed as above.
