allowing these Transfer Petitions. It appears that the Claim Petitions covered by the above Transfer Petitions arose out of Crime No. 371 of 2016 of Peerumedu Police Station. In view of the above, I am inclined to transfer O.P. No. (MV) Nos. 208/2017, 202/2017 and 199 of 2017 on the files of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Pala to the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Pathanamthitta for the trial and disposal in accordance with law.

In the result, these Transfer Petitions stand allowed, transferring O.P. No. (MV) Nos. 208 of 2017, 202 of 2017 and 199 of 2017 on the files of the Motor Accidents

Claims Tribunal, Pala to the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Pathanathitta, for the trial and disposal, in accordance with law. -: 5 :- The case records shall be transmitted to the transferee court forthwith.
