O R D E R

The petitioners are accused in Crime No.252/2018 of Karikottakkari Police Station, for having allegedly committed offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 114, 302, 201 r/w 34 IPC.

2. They were released on bail on

execution of bonds and with a direction that they shall appear before the Investigating Officer on every alternate days. It is submitted that they were coolies and much hardship is caused to them by appearing before the Investigating Officer on every alternate days and therefore, they seek to relax the conditions.

3. Heard the learned Public Prosecutor.

4. It is submitted that, so far, the petitioners have complied with the Crl.MC.No. 2584 of 2019 3 directions of the Court.

5. Considering the fact that they are

daily wage earners and much inconvenience is caused to them and therefore, they shall appear before the Investigating Officer twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays, till further orders. The Criminal M.C. is disposed of accordingly. Sd/- ASHOK MENON JUDGE SB/30/04/2019 Crl.MC.No. 2584 of 2019 4
