According to the petitioner, she is residing at Thiruvananthapuram and is employed there and the minor child is studying at Thiruvananthapuram. It emerges that yet another matter is pending before the Family court,

Having considered these facts, the transfer petition is allowed on the following conditions:

(i) O.P.(Div) No.117/2019 pending before the Family Court, Kasargod is transferred to Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram.

(ii) The Family Court, Kasargod shall transfer the entire files to Family Court,

(iii) Both sides shall appear before the Family
