ORDER

This application has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act seeking extension of time for the Arbitral Tribunal to pronounce an arbitral award by another period of six months.

2.Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that even though in this application, six months extension has been sought for, he seeks for nine months extension on the ground that the respondents have filed an application before the Arbitral Tribunal seeking for forensic examination and on account of the same, further extension is sought for.
