The present applications have been filed to condone the delay of 418 days in filing the petition to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased Mrs.Kuttiammal alias Meerabai the 3rd Respondent in O.P.No.742 of 2023; to bring on record the legal heir of the deceased 8th Respondent Dayalan Naidu namely Saraswathi Respondent 7 herein as respondent 11 in O.P.No.742 of 2023 and to bring on record the legal heir of the deceased 3rd Respondent Kuttiammal alias Meerabai namely R.Sujatha and R.Shagila respondents 7 and 8 herein as respondent 9 and 10 in O.P.No.742 of 2023.

2. The Legal Heirship Certificate filed along with the respective applications would indicate that the proposed parties are the Legal Heirs of the deceased 3rd and 8th respondents.
