JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the following relief:

i. issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction to the 2nd Respondent to grant the educational scholarship for the year 2017-2018 to the petitioner's child considering the Exhibit P2 ii. issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the application filed by the Petitioner for the Scholarship of his child with reference to the Exhibit P2 receipt. iii. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction to the 4th Respondent to process and to implement the application for educational scholarship submitted by the Petitioner. iv. grant such other reliefs which this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

Today when the matter is taken up, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, already the amounts are received.
