This O.P.(FC) has been filed seeking a direction to the Family Court, Attingal, to consider and dispose I.A. No. 1398 of 2018 in I.A. NO. 2228 of 2011 in O.P. No. 850 of 2013 of the Family Court, Attingal. Going by Ext.P3, we find that the Family Court has already disposed of the aforesaid I.A. Thus, the relief sought for has become infructuous. Hence, this O.P.(FC) would stand dismissed. We make it clear that if the petitioner does not intend to proceed with any of the reliefs in O.P.No.850 of 2013, he -4- is at liberty to file a memo to that effect and this order will not stand in the way of such an application.
