JUDGMENT

Ravikumar, J.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw this writ appeal with the liberty to pursue the

matter in terms of the impugned judgment. We do not find any reason why the said prayer should not be upheld. At the same time, it is a fact that while remanding the matter to the Arbitrator the learned Single Judge directed that the matter shall be disposed of expeditiously, at any rate, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment. The judgment was rendered on 17.7.2019. The said

period has already over. We make it clear that the Arbitrator shall consider the matter in terms of the judgment impugned in this appeal viz. judgment dated 17.7.2019 in W.P.(C)No.11929 of 2019 within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment in this appeal. With this observation this writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. C.T.RAVIKUMAR N.NAGARESH TKS
