The main contention of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is that the amount deducted from the salary of the petitioner by the garnishees namely the Anna Univerisity, Dr.Puratchithalaivar MGR Government Arts and Science College and the Government Polytechnic College around Rs.61,000/- has not been given credit.
