ORAL ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the FIR and consequent investigation in Crime No.0334/2025 registered on 01.09.2025 before Annapurneshwari Nagara Police Station, Bengaluru for the offences punishable under Sections 69, 88, 115(2), 351(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and to quash the proceeding before the VI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bengaluru. -3-

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is present, learned respondent No.2 is present and learned High Court Government Pleader is present.

3. The petitioners have filed an application in I.A.No.1/2025 for compounding the offence. The application is accompanied by joint affidavits filed by petitioners No.1 and 2 and respondent No. 2.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners and respondent No.2 would also place reliance on the following judgments of the Co-ordinate Benches of this Court:

(i) Sri.Ruthwik Chandra M vs. State of Karnataka and Another1

(ii) Akki Lakshmi Reddy vs. State of Karnataka and Another2

(iii) Mr.Fakirappa Hatti vs. State of Karnataka and
