ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.31647 of 2024, dated 03.01.2025, that the petitioner shall stay at Pallavaram and report before the Inspector of Police, Pallavaram Police Station, everyday at 06:30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of
