Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' ['WMP' for the sake of brevity] has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of original 'impugned Memorandum dated 13.02.2023 bearing reference Na.Ka.Aa2/1831/2023 passed by the first respondent' [hereinafter 'impugned order' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

2. Learned counsel for writ petitioner submits that only photocopy

of the impugned order was served on the writ petitioner. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to a paragraph of the support affidavit, which reads as follows: ''The respondent serve the Xerox copy of the impugned memorandum dated 13/02/2023 Hence dispense with production of the Xerox copy of impugned order.'
