This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to permit the petitioner to continue in service of the 1st respondent as Administrative Officer.

2. The learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, submits that it is on the request made by the petitioner on 23.07.2020, that the petitioner has been relieved from

service on 30.07.2020. Therefore, nothing further survives in this writ petition. The above submission is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
