COMMON ORDER

Dated this the 30th day of July, 2020 APPLICATIONS FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL

The applicant in B.A.Nos.4098 of 2020 and 4110 of 2020 rd is implicated as the 3 accused in two crimes, Crime No. 124/2020 of Coyalmannam Police Station, and Crime No.63/2020 of Pattambi Police Station, respectively, for offences allegedly punishable under Sections 406 and 420 read with Section 34 of the IPC, and under Sections 3, 4, 5 and 6 of Prized Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978.

2. The applicant herein, was implicated in several cases and

in some of the cases, he was arrested and granted regular bail. In some other cases, he obtained anticipatory bail. 4. In the result, the bail applications are both allowed, and

the applicant is directed to surrender before the Investigating Officers concerned, within one month, and in the event of his being arrested, he shall be released on bail on execution of bond for Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One lakh only) in each of the crimes, with two solvent sureties, each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officers and on following further conditions:
