JUDGMENT
Dated this the 30th day of June 2020 The challenge in this writ petition apparently is against the orders passed by the District Supply Officer with regard to the
misconduct by the 6th respondent ration dealer. The petitioner, who had been appointed as temporary ration dealer, pursuant to the suspension of licence of the 6 th respondent, claims that he is aggrieved by the letting of the 6 th respondent by the District Supply Officer. It is admitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is an appeal provision as against the orders passed by the
District Supply Officer before the District Collector. In case the petitioner has any grievance as against the orders passed in respect of the 6th respondent, it is for the petitioner to take up the matter before the appropriate authorities in terms of clause 45 of the Kerala Rationing Order. This writ petition is, therefore, closed reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authorities under the Kerala Rationing Order, complaining of either the orders passed against the 6th respondent or with regard to the action initiated against him. If such requests are made, the same will be -: 3 :- considered and disposed of, in accordance with law, with notice to the 6th respondent as well. This writ petition is ordered accordingly.
