This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus th directing the 6 respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 24.01.2025 wherein the petitioner has given objection from registering any documents pertaining to the subject property.

2. Heard Mr.R.Srinivasarao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Karthick Jaganathan, learned Government Advocate for respondents.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of

the official respondents submitted that as and when any document is presented for registration touching upon the subject property, the objection given by the petitioner will be considered and a decision will be taken by the 6th respondent.

4. Recording the above, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
