JUDGMENT

The prayer in this writ petition was for permission to undergo medical termination of pregnancy. It is submitted that the petitioner herein had suffered a miscarriage and the pregnancy had to be terminated during the pendency of the writ petition. In the above view of the matter, I am of the opinion that no further orders are required in this writ petition. The writ petition is closed leaving open all the contentions of the parties.
