This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 323 days in filing the above Writ Appeal against the order dated 18.12.2023 made in W.P.No.15649 of 2020. 2.Though notice has been served on the first respondent and his name is printed in the cause list, none has appeared on his behalf. 3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 323 days is condoned and this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in
