JUDGMENT

In this Original Petition, the prayer of the petitioners is to issue direction to the Munsiffs Court, Alappuzha to dispose of O.S.No.150 of 2019 expeditiously.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have not so far filed any application before the court below seeking for the

expeditious disposal of the above suit. The learned counsel for the petitioners has further submitted that the petitioners are prepared to file application in this regard before the court concerned. In view of the above submission and taking into consideration of the age of the first petitioner, it is directed that if the petitioners file any application before the court below for the expeditious disposal of O.S.No.150 of 2019, the -3- court below shall consider and dispose of the said application in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate, within 20 days from the date of filing of the application.

This O.P.(C) stands disposed of as above. sd B.
