ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J.) The writ of mandamus has been instituted to direct the third and fourth respondents to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 14.10.2024 and to initiate suitable action to remove the unauthorized construction put up by the 6 th and 7th respondents.
2. Mr.P.Srinivas, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the fourth
respondent - the Commissioner, Tambaram City Municipal Corporation would submit that field inspection will be conducted by following the procedures as contemplated and all appropriate further actions also will be initiated, if any unauthorized constructions/deviations are identified.
3. In view of the said submission, no further adjudication is required. The fourth respondent is directed to proceed with the matter and conclude the same as expeditiously as possible.
4. The writ petition stands disposed of. This Court has not considered the
allegations and counter allegations raised between the parties, which are all to be looked in to by the competent authorities while conducting inspection and enquiry and by affording opportunity.
