JUDGMENT

The limited prayer of the petitioner is for a direction to the 2 nd respondent to consider Ext.P1 representation preferred by him for conducting an election to the Managing Committee of the Society, expeditiously.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned

Government Pleader for the respondents. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made across the Bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent, to consider and pass orders on Ext.P1 representation preferred by the petitioner within a month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner and others likely to be affected by any orders to be passed by the 2 nd respondent. The petitioner shall

produce a copy of the writ petition together with a copy of the judgment

before the 2nd respondent, for further action.
