.....seeks early disposal of s.m.no.249 of 2016 on the file of the 1st respondent.2. in the light of the judgment of this court inw.p.(c) no.28398 of 2017 and connected cases dated 14.03.2018 and the guidelines issued by the government as per g.o.(p) no.09/2018/rd, dated 22.02.2018, there shall be a direction to the land tribunal to conclude the s.m proceedings in accordance with the directions in the above judgment. the petitioner shall produce a copyof the judgment in w.p.(c) no.28398 of 2017 and connected cases along with this judgment for compliance.the learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the direction in the judgment in w.p.(c) no.28398 of 2017 and connected cases, directing the tribunal to dispose such cases within 18 months puts an embargo on the petitioner in getting an expeditious disposal of the cases. in fact, this court only fixed the outer limit of 18 months by following the seniority of such applications. if otherwise the matter is ripe forw.p.(c) no.1662/2020 3 disposal, it is open for the tribunal to dispose such matter after complying all such formalities. this writ petition is disposed of as above. sd/- a.muhamed mustaque judge smp w.p.(c) no.1662/2020 4 appendix petitioner's exhibits: exhibit p1 the true copy of certificate of the sm proceedings as sm no. 249/2016 dated 23.03.2016. respondents' exhibits: nil. true copy p.s to judge smp

JUDGMENT

Dated this the 21st day of January 2020 The petitioner seeks early disposal of S.M.No.249 of 2016 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. In the light of the judgment of this Court in

W.P.(C) No.28398 of 2017 and connected cases dated 14.03.2018 and the guidelines issued by the Government as per G.O.(P) No.09/2018/RD, dated 22.02.2018, there shall be a direction to the Land Tribunal to conclude the S.M proceedings in accordance with the directions in the above judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy

of the judgment in W.P.(C) No.28398 of 2017 and connected cases along with this judgment for compliance.

The learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the direction in the judgment in W.P.(C) No.28398 of 2017 and connected cases, directing the Tribunal to dispose such cases within 18 months puts an embargo on the petitioner in getting an expeditious disposal of the cases.
