In this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs: " Wherefore, for the grounds urged and to be urged, if any, at the time of hearing, the petitioner herein most humbly pray that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash the criminal proceedings being -3- initiated as against the petitioner / accused pending on the file of the 49th ACMM Court, Bengaluru in C.C.No.28739/2017 for the offence P/U/S 201 and 420 of IPC vide Annexure-A being initiated at Crime No.461/2016 on the file of the Yeshwanthpura Police Station, Bangalore, to meet the ends of justice."
