ORDER

J.NISHA BANU,J., AND M.JOTHIRAMAN,J., This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 196 days in filing the Writ Appeal.

2. The respondent has got no serious objection in the delay being condoned.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is of the view that the delay may be condoned on payment of costs, and the matter may be argued on merits.

4. This petition is ordered, however, on payment of costs.

Accordingly, the delay is condoned on payment of costs of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) by the petitioners to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 31.07.2025.

5. On payment of costs, the Registry is directed to number the
