This writ petition is filed for a direction to re-fix the pension of the petitioner at the stage of Rs.5536/- in the scle of 5500-9000. The learned Counsel for the petitioner has filed I.A.No.1 of 2020, wherein it is stated that the pension of the petitioner is revised as Rs.5,536/- w.e.f. On the basis of the verified petition filed by the Counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives to be considered in this writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition is closed.
